Hello Experts

SAP GRC PC 10.0

Data Source sub scenario: Progammed

While creating a data source, with programmed sub scenario, we get a list of only 11 classes but as per SAP delivered documents we can configure data source with many more classes which are not being shown in the possible entries list (figure 1).

We did the configuration to be done in SM30 for few classes, and now they are being shown in the query lookup field in “object field” tab of data source

But, in Business rule when we run the ad hoc query it is not giving any output (figure 2):

Is there any configuration gap in order to get desired result?

Hi Prateek,

The classes that you getting are the pre delivered data but,

adhoc query show results only if there is any deficinecy record exist in the remote system (target connector).

Check the table on which the data source is defined and see if there is any relevant deficienct data

in ERP system.

Thanks for the reply. I have already checked the ERP system it is having deficient data, which we are able to see in configurable sub scenario.

The following are details configured in SM30, for control "Prevent Duplicate Invoice Posting At Company Code Level":

BR Category: Change log check

Analysis Type: Changes

Field Analysis Type: Changes

Filter Type: /GRCPI/GRIA_S_LOPURVAP_07C2_1F

Deficiency Type: /GRCPI/GRIA_S_LOPURVAP_07C2_1D

Output Type: /GRCPI/GRIA_S_LOPURVAP_07C2_1O

Internal Type: /GRCPI/GRIA_S_LOPURVAP_07C2_1I

It would be helpful if you could provide some details about how the configuration has to be done in SM30 for business rule handler class.
