Problem with getting documents in SAP BI App for Android

I would like to work with SAP BI App for Android. Althoug I am able to connect to SAP BO Mobile Server I cannot download any documents, while alle documents can be downloaded by IPhone. Is there any way to get the documents on Android Phones as well as on IPhones?
Does it perhaps depend on the version of Android?

Hi Frank,

Waht is the version of your BO server

Which version of SAP BI mobile are you using on your android device

Are you connecting your android device to the same BO server?

BO server version is 14.1.1.1072
SAP BusinessObjects Mobile App version is 5.0.2 [Build 1306 (000000)]
Connection is between Mobile App and BO server.

While connecting with IPhone it works, connection with Android (version 4.1.2) does not work

Thats quite strange.

Try to create a new connection on the android device, try to add the connection details again.

let us know if there is any error while the connection happens?

Hi

after reconnect I now can connect to WebI - Reports, but I cannot see any of the Crystal Reports.

Happens for android devices only?

Crystal reports are yet not supported on Android devices!!

Thank you for this advice. I hope Crystal Reports will soon be supported on Android devices.
