Hi experts,
We are on SRM 7.02 using the RFX two-bid functionality. After technical bid opening, the purchaser navigates to Technical response activity tab and marks each bid as either "Accept" or "Reject".
Is there a log in the system where we can view which user ID made this decision, and at what time ? Can we retrieve this data using some table/function module ?
(I can view the decision (Accept/Reject) in table BBP_PDHSS field PS_TECH_QTE_STA, but no information on who performed this action.
Also; is there a way to change this decision once done ?
Thanks;
Amit
Hello Amit,
Unfortunately undoing the technical response acceptance/rejection is not possible at the moment. You will have write the code to modify the status at table field level in case you want to change. Can you check if in document if "change document " is detecting this difference. Ideally it should. After accepting/rejecting the tech response navigate to the transaction BBP_PD and navigate to the response and scroll down to check if it is recorded in change documents.
Thanks and Regards,
Veera

Hi A Sahu,
You can find the information of status change with user and time stamp in table CRM_JCDS.
To change the status of Quot try the following FMs:
BBP_PD_QUOT_STATUS_CHANGE
BBP_PD_QUOT_STATUS_CHANGE_DIR
BBP_PD_QUOT_STATUS_CHANGE_WF

Hi Veeraraghavan,
I checked in BBP_PD, unfortunately for the quote which was technically accepted; there was no change history that was created.
No entry in CDPOS/ CDHDR either, searching by the GUID of the quotation.
Hi Anubhav,
On Technical accept, the status of the quotation (as recorded in CRM_JEST) does not change; it is still in "submitted" status. Only the field mentioned above for technical quote status is changed. So no update in CRM_JCDS either.
Any other clues ?
Thanks;
Amit
