CIF queue - Status "New,NOT act,Only planning" of material xxxx does not allow exte

Hi Team,

We are facing the one queue error in queue management.

I ran the transaction queue manager in apo(/SAPAPO/CQ).found the queues to the inbound of ECC system external procuremnet.Before that we ran SNP network heuristic for the active model 000.can anybody clarify me how to fix below issue.

QueueError:status "new,NOT act, Only planning" of material xxxx does not allow external.

I suspect you may have a plant specific material status set in your material master, mrp 1 tab that prevents external procurement.

I'm guessing that APO is sending purchase requisitions to ECC where it encounters the status that blocks p.req creation.
