We are facing issue with shopping carts in workload redistribution in SRM 7.0 classic scenario . The shopping carts created will work as per standard in normal process by going to assigned buyer while creating shopping cart . When the shopping cart is redistributed by the buyer to another buyer we ve issues.The shopping cart is not going to Buyer .Did any one face this issue .Kindly write to me for any thoughts on it as its very urgent now.
And while changing the buyer there is no error and the new buyer is actually assigned to the shopping cart .But not being picked in workflow. We are not able to see the buyer in workflow process .And this is not happening always and every time .Some times at random but we are not able to make out when its happening .Can you help?
Could you elaborate the problem. In your case buyer is forwarding the shopping carts to other buyers for sourcing, correct? So, are you getting any error while doing this?
