Adobe Form data is not saving or getting cleared in HCM Process for Adobe Reader XI

Hi Experts ,

I have a HCM Process where the User would enter data and click on few radio buttons and when they click on Check and Send the data on the Form is not being saved for few users and going to the next step.

And for most of the users the data is saving fine and going to the next step .

The common thing I have noticed is all the users for whom its not saving data or on Adobe Reader XI or Adobe Reader 8. And for all the users on Adobe reader 9 is working fine .

Can you please guide me where I need to look into resolve this issue .

It just feels like the form is re-initializing itself and clearing the data!!

1. Check with SAP if Adobe Reader XI is supported.

2. Try executing a simple process on a machine having Reader XI and see if it works.

If it fails here as well - this could be due to the adobe version.

Hi Rohit,

I think it should be the issue with the Adobe reader version. If the form is re-initializing itself and clearing the data then it should happen for every one which is not the case.
