Hi Ejersbo,
Could you please attach all the software components patch level of your CRM system. As per the PAM for SAP CRM 7.0 EHP1 - Internet explorer 10 on windows 7 needs SAP WEB UIF 7.01 = SAPK-70103INWEBCUIF. Please paste us current level of this patch.

Hi Reza,
It's always good to use SUM for upgrade or applying support stacks or even for single component upgrade. When you plan to apply SP's 14, then most of your components will be upgraded. Please use MOPZ of solution manager to generate the stack.xml and select the target version as CRM 7.02 SP14, which will automatically collects all the patches needed. Later use SUM to apply these patches.

Hi Reza,
If my understanding is correct, You haven't downloaded SUM which is part of generated stack.xml file right?
No issues with that, you can use SUM 1.0 SP08 which is the latest one for patching. If you have previous SUM release also, no problem in using that. But, it advisable to use the latest version. If any software component is not part of stack.xml file, then you need to select the option Manually prepared directory instead of Stack configuration file in SUM starting screen. Hope i answered your question, if not please let us know.

Hi Reza,
You can download SUM from this location,
Support Packages and Patches - S" SL TOOLSET" SL TOOLSET 1.0" Entry by Component" Software Update Manager (SUM) -->select your OS
and use it for applying support package stack.
