Sales BOM : BOM Explosion in NL Replenishment Delivery

Hi Expert,

My Client is using Sales BOM functionality where Pricing is at Main Item Level and Inventory tracking is at Sub Item Level.

So 1 PC Mat C = 2 PC Mat A + 1 PC Mat B will be an example of BOM for our business.

When Material C is being transferred to another plan via STO --> Delivery (NL) issue arise, How to Explode Sales BOM in Delivery NL.

I have done Delivery Item Category determination as Below:

NL + ERLA + V + Blank = TAQ

NL + NORM + V + TAQ = ZNAE (Replica of TAE for STO)

All of my search says this has not been achieved till now, If there is no standard way available, then Requesting you to suggest how can I achieve this in Delivery?

Also let me know if you feel even though by some Technical Way I will achieve this then still I can have issue further then we would discuss how to sort out the same.

You are right.  There is no standard way to explode BOMs in replenishment delivery as like subcontracting in MM.  May be you can try with USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT in include MV50AFZ1 but I think this would be a herculean task for your technical team.
