How to get Invoices details through PDF Output

Hi Experts,

I have one requirement is like Business required list of Invoice details form 2009 to 2012 through PDF format for audit purpose .

Could u plz suggest how i to for this.

If you have some licensing issues for acrobat professional then there are online websites which can convert Excel file to PDF. Just write in Google "Convert Excel to PDF online" and you will get links.

If you really want to download it directly from SAP to PDF then ask your ABAPER to use

  GET_PRINT_PARAMETERS function module. For more information and help check this link.

Hi

Why dont you run the report in ALV, download in Excel and convert that Excel fine in PDF. You just need acrobat professional and you can save excel file with Save As in PDF format.

In standard ,you may not be get these details.Go by Z-report to get PDF .For this,you need to ask ABAPer on this.
