Charm: Urgent change - TR import in 2 Clients of QAS system not Happening

Hi,

In Urgent change charm, TR import into 2 Clients in QAS system is not happening even though we assigned client QAS 300 & 400 in system role assignment.Kindly check the attached document "QAS400.doc" for more information.

In documnet:

In  QAS 300 – Quality assurance system(target system) & QAS 400 – Project landscape Quality 400(target system)marketed as red which is in system landscape in “solar_project_admin”.

In the above QAS 300 – Quality assurance system(target system) & QAS 400 – Project landscape Quality 400(target system)marketed as red which is in system landscape in “solar_project_admin”.

As shown in the above figure it is importing only in QAS-300 but not in QAS-400.

It would be better if you have two logical components here ....

DEV QA1 PRD

DEV QA2 PRD

and i hope you have properly configured TMS ....with client dependent layer as ChaRM is client dependent.

i assume you have also checked my below blogs.

make sure for client dependent TMS layer and then activate charm with above settings ......share the slg1 log with errors shown
