Tax Issue in SAP SRM Shopping Cart

Hi Sap Gurus,

I'm getting the below error when i'm trying to create a shopping cart in srm 7.01

"COMMUNICATION ERROR WITH EXTERNAL TAX SYSTEM (XXX)"

How can i solve this issue??

Issue Resolved, Particular process needs to restarted... basis team fixed this...
