Our client is using ITS mobile for the SAP MDE (Mobile Data Entry). While we are able to logout by pressing Function key F8 from the SAP R/3 (laptop / Desktop computer), when we are logging off from the Hand Held Terminal (HHT – Intemec device model no. CK3), the system is logging off and again immediately LOGGING IN (may be somewhere the user id and password is stored in some cookies - My guess).
In the device we are using Intermec industry specific browser.
Kindly advise how to logoff using Funciton key F8 through device.
Thanks in advance
with kind regards
Murali
Hi All,
The issue is fixed. Thansk to all for your kind discussion.
We could fix the issue with the help of SAP through OSS message
Solution:
a) At the services (LM01) T.code SICF, at the GUI Configuration, Maintain service parameter ~POPUPS = 1
b) At the Error pages tab, select the tab logoff page. Select the radio button, Redirect to URL, input
/sap/public/bc/icf/logoff?redirecturl=/lm01/lm01
Ensure that the Service /sap/public/bc/icf/logoff Isactive in transaction SICF
Thanks once again.
The above needs to move between clients through Transport request.
With kind regards

Hi Murali,
Check the settings of the ITSMobile service in SICF?
Is the logoff refirecting back to the ITSMobile Servce?
What Kernel version are you using?
Following note maybe useful:
