SAP WM - QM Integration issue

Hi Folks,

Currently we have issue during TO creation wrt PCN during Inspection lot approval.Could anyone tell me the solution for this issue.

Issue:

Transfer order creation wrt PCN is getting failed during accepting 2nd inspection lot through Usage Decision.During TO creation system will check in LQUA table for the inspection lot “ B” since this entry won’t be there in it is failing.

Scenario:

2 inspection lots ( A, B) are created for 2 different Goods Receipts ( qty 100, 50 each) for the same material,batch,plant,storage location, Stock type, Special stock and stocks will be moved to the same bin ( A01) in WM.

Then user will accept the inspection lot “A” through Usage decision & stock ( qty 100) will be converted to unrestricted stock. Again user is accepting the inspection lot “B” through Usage decision  for remaining stock ( qty 50) then TO is not getting created. (Quant remains the same due to the 6 quant parameters are same)

Due to Quant being same, the LQUA table entries are not updated with the 2^nd Inspection lot (I.e No 2^nd table entry is created for the 2^nd Goods receipt and inspection lot. The first table entry is updated by quantity filed. Ideally SAP to create another line entry in the table with new material doc # and Inspection lot #)

Hi,

the inspection lot is not a separator of stock (like batch, storage location, ecc), as a consequence if you do the GR against the same PO you should consider to have a dinamyc storage bin in the 902 (equl to the material document) otherwise the quants will mix and you lost the inspoection lot
