VBUK VBUP but the sale order processing status doesn't change

Dear Gurus,

I have this problem:

even if I manually change the processing status for a sale order in tables VBUK and VBUP and I put C, The status in VA03 is always open.

How can I change it?
I missed other tables?

And where I can customize when the status must be closed?

regards

Hi Alex,

Kindly attach a screenshot of the Sales Order doucment flow, the header status and item status and explain the reason for why are you are changing it at table level.

Also check if the Sales order is complete or there is some incompletion log.

Check and update the thread.

this is the reason why I need to have it invoiced and not open!

I think that the problem is the qty = zero but I need it

Hi Alex,

I am surprised to see how you are doing this with quantity being as zero.

Also can you explain how you are getting the  net value even with quantity being as zero

Refer the below thread for the issue.

The same problem is being discussed.

Quantity 0 and price is made with a condition price only related to value and not to quantity.

But about my issue, how can I do?

yes that is true that condition prices is related to value but ultimately that price is going to be multiplied with Quantity which in your case is 0 and hence the net price should be 0.

Jain,

this is not true, it depends on how you configure the pricing condition:

this is a fixed amount put manually that is not dependig from quantity.

But my issue is still open!

even if I manually change the processing status for a sale order in tables VBUK and VBUP

Surprised to note this as this is not at all recommended.  What exactly you were trying to do and why ??  Please explain in detail
