Hi,
We want to attach our customized z-form in the place of Inspection report in QGA3 (Results Printout).
Please let me know how to achieve this by config settings?

If you are refering for form which is used in QGA3 ,then you can check with developer & create your own form and use the same instead of std one.
You have to do the necessary settings in transaction code CQ85.
You have to select the forms and instead of standard SAP forms you can assign the Z-forms.
You can directly input the form in the QGA3 transaction and save it as variant.
