Data in Non English languages are getting encoded into special characters

Hi Experts,

I'm having IDoc-to-File (XML) scenario. I have a field called, item desciption which can be mainted in multiple lanuages in ECC. These data are passed in their native languages in IDoc. But When data is being converted into XML, these values are getting encoded into special characters.

Please advice how to have these data in XML file.

change the RFC destination to unicode as below:
