Mutimixed resource capacity is 1000 times

Hi friends ,

In PDS the bucket resource consumption variable value is 1000 times more as compare to the value that is maintained in master recipe under phase details.

The resourse type is multimixed.

Find attached the screen shot of master recipe and PDS .

Hi Pankaj,

Not able to see the screen print,

Bur when you say 1000 times, i can't ask you to check the number of machines maintained at capacity header as i think only3 digits are allowed so even if you maintain 999, it wont be 1000 times . Still have a check once their.

2nd doubt i could guess, user parameters, see if (comma) and (points) are in the proper format same as your ECC format,

Please share the screen print, i could able to give more inputs..

Above two are wild guess in absence of screen print.

Thanks for you quick reply ,

I have already checked the guess you made .

What I mean to say is in the master recipe under the phase my standard value is maintained as 126.300 mins which is 7578 seconds but in PDS under capacity I can see the entry as 7578000 seconds .

what is the output base quantity on the BOM... look at the PDS output quantity.

What is the base qty in the Master recipe?

In the screen shot you provided I can see that you have maintained the resource fixed consumption as 3. In standard SAP you cannot maintain the same. check the custom report where you are maintaining the resource consumption and throughput times in that table?

check the format you are using in APO, be in sync with ECC in the format

But I have no idea from where system is picking continuous resource consumption as -3000.
