Hi,

my PI user get locked on development system sporadically. I don't know why and also check the CCs if I insered my user there for

testing and forget to remove it.

Is it possible to see somewhere in log files from where the login try comes from?

thanks in advanced.

Hi,

You can unlock users by the following way -

sxmb_ifr -> Administration -> Lock Overview -> Remove Selected Locks

Hi

@Dwaipayan: Thx, but I know where to unlock....I need to know why it is locked.

@Harald: Thx, I don't know where to find the Authentication Logs  in NWA.

But I just checked the normal Log&Trace file viewer and searched my User ID and found that we have an entry there caused by an URL I used for a monitoring scenario. It could be caused by this. I removed my user there and check if this was the solution.

Just for my information: Where is the Authentication Logs you mean?

thx

Hello Christian,

right where you found the default trace (in NWA Log Viewer) there is a view called "Authentication Log". There you can find the information.

Hello Chris,

I am not really sure, but did you check the "Authentication Logs" on PI via NWA? Here the IP address is listed for a login of a user.

Best Regards
