Hi,
I am trying to access SXMB_IFR in PI 7.1 EhP1 environment but failing with below error.
Internal Error
Internal error; contact your system administrator
Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)
Error Details, Error History, Build Info, Generic Application Info
I have checked below-
-
- SLD Check successful
- RFC destination: LCRSAPRFC (T type) successful
SAPSLDAPI (T type) successful
SAP_PROXY_ESR (G type) successful
SAPSLDAPI (T type) successful
SAP_PROXY_ESR (G type) successful
SPROXY is showing local ESR data from PI system, I think this is not a problem.
Request your inputs in sorting out the issue.
Thanks in advance.
With regards,
Bharath B
Hello Bharath,
In Exchange Profile of the affected system, please check values of following parameters and ensure they are maintained correctly:
When you call tx. SXMB_IFR, the following URL is constructed based on parameters listed above and the browser session for it:
<http|https>://<com.sap.aii.connect.directory.name>:<com.sap.aii.connect.directory.httpport>|<com.sap.aii.connect.directory.httpsport>/<com.sap.aii.connect.integrationbuilder.startpage.url>
If mentioned parameters are missing or their values are not maintained correctly, the error will be issued when calling tx. SXMB_IFR.

Vadim

Hi Vadim,
Thanks a lot for the quick reply.
All the three parameters exits as suggested.
Though the parameter “com.sap.aii.connect.integrationbuilder.startpage.url” is set to “dir/start/index.jsp” transaction SXMB_IFR is resulting to “rep/start/index.jsp”. However both the urls are resulting to same error page as earlier.
Please suggest.

Hi All,
Thanks a lot for your help! ESR, RWB and all other are functioning now.

FQDN parameter is maintained in in istance profile by setting up "icm/host_name_full" parameter.
Is there any dependency with SSO for BSP?
Thanks in advance,
