Relay server Status None availability

Hi All,

I had installed Relay server for SAP Afaria , i had followed all the step as per the document .

while connecting the device enrollment failed

i had trried open the url :http://relayserveraddress/ias_relay_server/client/rs_client.dll it say

Availability : NONE

You had not run the outbound enabler in Afaria server.

Follow the step:

1. Go to Afaria server ..locate the afaria folder rsboundenabler folder create the rsoe file

2. You need to configure the rsoe , rsoe_ios , rsoe_ca ,rsoe_portal  ( Refer the document for rsoe configuration parameters).

3. start the outbound enabler on afaria server running command rsoe @rsoe.config , rsoe @rsoe_ios.config , rsoe , rsoe @rsoe_portal.config

4. Try enrolling the device and check.

Availability Status

Availabilty = None  = No outbound enabler configured and connected to relay server

Availability  = Partial = few outbound enabler connected to relay server

Availability = FULL  =  All outbound enabler connected to relay server properly
