when trying to enroll iOS device it is prompting for credentials

Hi,

I am trying to enroll iOS device but it is prompting me to enter Username and Password. I have not defined any variables as such in enrollment policy .so kindly help.

Hi.

The user name of password will be the afaria server login details.

Try this

Reinstall the iphone server component again at the time of installation make sure to untick windows authentication option for AIPS window option

create new enrollment code and try to enroll the fresh device again.

I reinstalled iphone server component as you suggested and it dint prompt me any credentials .
