How can I search with suggestion values by text in FPM?

I tried to create FPM that can only search/filter with suggest values by key.

How can I search with suggestion values by test in FPM?

Hi chenna,

Currently, There's s no option for suggest filter column.

Try to use a search help exit. It might help.

Hi Chenna,

In FPM there is no provision to search the suggested value by text, suggested value option is only determind by the key. Because that field is char2 or char3 field how it will determine your text string through the suggested value search.

For example : if you are having CARRID field and you have selected suggested value option in configuration. Then try to type LUFT in the input field it won't allow you because this field is having only CHAR3 field and  if you type L or LH it will give you the suggested value.

hi chenna,

are you using custom search ?

if you are using custom search you can create search help exit and create logic as per your need.
