Error in SOA Management

Hi Experts,

I have done Duet development using Outside-In approach and created successfully Interface and also working fine end to end.

When i am planning to create end-point manually with all mandatory values in SOA Management getting below error and with attached screen shot.

Error:

The following error occurred in system NW1 : Preconfiguration is invalid 

Getting information from ST22 given below

I never faced this type of issue before .Can you help on the above issue.

i have regenerated service once again ..issue goes out.

Please check whether SAP note: 1139107 solves this issue.

Dear Syambabu

Please check the following items.

1. What is the internet explorer version.   If it is 10... pleaes downgrade to 9 and check it.

2. Check if the sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/app_soap_managerment  service is active ?  If not, through SICF - reactivate it.
