Customization of HWC APP

Hi Folks,

I would like to achieve the possibility of HWC Customization screen design. Splitting labels, Editboxes. I have attached sample screen shot designed through content. Appreciate your suggestions.

Is it possible to achieve this with JS Files or does this required to built through Native language? kindly share some sample code snippets..
