Date setting in Dynamic variant

Hi,

I am creating one variant to schedule the batch job.

My requirement is in period field ,to date field  should be come as future date e.g 20.12.2099 and in from date field it should be come 7 days before current date e.g.14.10.2013.

so please let me know how i can do the setting for the same.
