Performance Data Under Hardware Utilization data in EWA reports is Missing '--' instead of 'OK'

Hello

In our EWA Reports for One of our Prod Systems Performance Data under Hardware Utilization Data Was missing.

This host has a Shared Lpar.

CPH is Activated and also Hostagent is Update, but the data is Still missing.

Please Help me in Solving this issue.

Hi,

As an initial start you should start with the below checks.

Within 'Hardware Capacity Data' availability of performance data and OS detection is checked:

- 'OS not detected' is issued. Please check if SAPOSCOL is up-to-date and configuration data could be retrieved successfully.

- Column 'Performance Data' does not show OK. Please check availability of data according to the information in this SAP Note (ST06, CPH, SM BW, Wily IS, ...).

Thanks for your Response.

We have Updated SAP Host agent and CPH Activation along with it. Mostly these are Enough.

However we had Solman System Upgrade.

Please check your Solman configuration for your system and check the definition in SMSY.
