IDES Client Copy

Hi Experts,

we have installed EHP6 ides system and trying to client copy from client 800 to 100.

After long time processing the job has been cancelled. the follwoing are the job log message.

Please go through this SAP KBA 1807799  - Logical file name ARCHIVLINK_SERVERPATH doesn't exist

Hi Karthi,

Thank you for your response.

1)Which client do you want to implement this note Source [800] or target 100?.

2) The following soliion mentioned on the note.

Create the logical filename ARCHIVLINK_SERVERPATH in the transaction FILE.

(If the warning message SV019 will be displayed, confirm it with pressing Enter.)

-> What should i write in Colum Logical file path and Name column.

Hi Thiru,

I am not sure about the value in the name colume, just maintain the logical file path as ARCHIVLINK_SERVERPATH and save it in client 100 and try. Keep us posted the results.
