Change document generated in Change Request does not navigate when clicked

Hello All,

When Change document of category Normal Change (Custom transaction type) is generated after Action 'Release for Development',

When I select change document number, 500000013, it is not navigating to the change document, instead, it

This behaviour was working couple of days ago, now it is not. I tried testing the standard SOLMANPRO business role and SMMJ change category, in which after the action 'Release for development', the standard SMMJ type document is not generated at all, but no errors appear. Where as, custom change category ZNMC is generating the number in standard, but face this navigation issue.

I'm working on SM 7.1 SP07. Configuring out-of-box only. No customization have been done except for the SOLMAN_SETUP to create copy transaction types, using which I created ZNMC from SMMJ.

Appreciate earliest possible help.

verify whether you have enough authorisation to display change documents,

Any authorisation control over auth objects like B_USERSTAT http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SMAUTH/B_USERSTAT

and also have the proper BP role assigned to the user.
