Black background in map VB 2.0 ( TM 9.0)

Hi all,

may anybody can help. We work on a Democase for SAP TM.

VB 2.0 works with Content from TM 9.0 because the objects are shown in the map, but the Background is black. We using the "Default" entry in VB 2.0 matched with NAVTEQ Maps ( Standard entries from SAP).

If we testing the URL - NAVTEQ from the customizing map activity we receive

permantently prohibited

type=PermissionError
subType=ContractViolated

Who have any hints for me?

Hi Hans-Gerd,

most likely the NAVTEQ demo URL is outdated. Maybe you can try to switch to another map product using this as a help:
