How Planned,Changeover & Other Downtime extractions can be mapped in APO.

Hello All,

There are need from the client to prepare a report / do the extraction from APO on followings against each machines/resource.

Planned Downtime (A)

Changeover Downtine (B)

Other  Downtime (C)

how these extractions can be mapped in APO(from which table..and so & so)

Hii Abhimanyu,

Well When u say down time it is always a planned down time/ resource not available, So it is updated through ECC PM order if PM Module has been implemented, or it can be directly maintained in resource master (/n/sapapo/res01) . So for Planned down time you check resource master table ...

For change over , it is an dynamic one, the resource in activeness depend on the order/material is going to produce, So it can't be measure before planning. You can have the view actual percentage of Change over in a resource after the planning of orders has been done. Check in the Report CDPS_REPT, in Resource utilization sub tab. There you can find a column called "load for set up and tear down in %". where you can get actual change over of resource in %ge basis in a particular period;.

Now comes to other down times, I think there is no other downtime except Planned Down time & Resource inactive in Resource master.
