Save and Validate - HANA Studio issue

Hi,

I am not able to save and validate an SQL Script procedure. It did validate the procedure and gave me a couple of errors, which I fixed. Now there are no errors in the procedure but I am not able to save and validate it. Once I click the 'Save and Validate' button, I can see the job in Running status but it just stays in Running status for ever. I have to restart the HANA server to stop and cancel the job. I do not see any errors in log files as well.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Issue resolved. I am not sure what / where the issue was. We upgraded both HANA DB and studio from revision 60 to 68. I am facing the issue anymore..

Try creating the SQLScript manually in the console to make sure you don't have a server problem.

More likely your repository object is messed up. HANA Studio Rev.67 and 68 are much better with repository management.

Try procedure the file, commiting and activating the parent folder and recreating the procedure. Usually this fixes it.
