Error while installing sap gui

Hi,

I was installing sapgui and got the below error

please help me to solve this error

Program is starting... Please wait!

  Path: E:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sapinst_exe.2804.1382129397\\jre\bin\java.exe

For the requested processing mode java policy

files within the used SAP JVM are needed.

Specify the environment variable JCE_POLICY_ZIP and restart.

So you should do what SAP Note 1238121 says :

1. Download the JCE policy file from SAP (see note 1240081) or SUN on both the local and the remote host.

2. Specify the location of the policy zip file by setting the user environment variable JCE_POLICY_ZIP=<jce policy zip file> on both the local and the remote host. Note: On Windows when setting the environment variable JCE_POLICY_ZIP in  a command line window, please make sure to start it as administrator, otherwise the setting will not be taken into account.

And start installation.
