SAP workforce planning time distribution

Hi everyone, i have a question regarding the way times are distributed on CMP2, i need to define new formulas depending on the length of the projet, from my understanding the way it works have something to do with both workforce planning profiles and distribution fuctions but i fail to see the connection between the two. Any guidelines or links to documentation would be much apreciated.

Hi,

In workforce planning, you can assign persons from the work center,or the project organization and persons of your choice.  Work can be distributed to persons and positions or HR org. units.

Do you want to modify the resource Requirement side (which comes from the workcenter) or the resource supply side which is put in during workforce planning?

The resource requirements come from the formulas defined in the workcenter.

The workforce planning profile does not impact how the requirements are distributed, it only makes the use of the transaction more user friendly.
