Enter or function code is not working in the HTML Template screen

Hi ,

  Can anyone please tell the reason for this below problem.

   Our Custom ITS service has been moved to our testing box. Now After logon into our RF screen nothing is happening i.e

   it is not responding to any user interaction /i.e Enter or Function key is not working. 

   The same service is working in Devbox fine.

   What would be the possible reasons for this. It seems the standard service(ITSMOBILE) is not working properly.

   Do I need to activate/do anything in SICF even after importing our custom service.

What is its GUI Configuration in SICF?

You have puplished <your mobile> service and ITSMOBILE to the Integrated ITS in SE80? I.E

INTERNAL site?

Have you checked whether the delivered test services itsmobile00 and itsmobile01 are

executable from SICF?
