Hi,
The Message Processor in SMIN is not the same partner function as Current Processor in SMCR. And they have different meanings.
A Message Processor in the incident is the member of the Support Team (that you assigned to the Team using PPOMA_CRM). The Current Processor in SMCR by default is the person who is currently working in this document (business partner of the user logged), and is usually filled automatically.
There is no standard codes in the SMCR programs to do the same logic used for message processors for the current processor. The codes which do this control are inside the Incident Management classes.
What you can do is enhance the Request for Change to insert some code copied from the Incident methods, or maybe try not to use the current processor for that, but to add the Message Processor partner function as you did for Support Team to SMCR and create a new Access Sequence or Rule to fill this partner. I have not tried that, maybe someone else can help you.
In case you need technical info, team members are read inside class CL_AIC_INCI_INCIDENTHEADE_IMPL, method DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT.
Regards,
Raquel
