SAP SRM 7.01 SPS05 PO workflow in awaiting approval status

Hi Experts ,

We are using SAP SRM 7.01 SP05 version. We recently found some PO's that go to awaiting approval status and on clicking the approval tab the below error is displayed .

Cannot process info ; function bbp_pdh_wf_approval_simulate throws exception

PDO layer error

These POs' actually should get automatically approved.  I found some notes relevant to this issue but they are laready implmented in the system.

Please let me know if this issue can de debugged.

Hi Sunitha,

try to set an external breakpoint for function bbp_pdh_wf_approval_simulate.
