Hi Experts

Can I implement the "supplier scorecard" functionality in SAP Sourcing - if I have only have the CLM licenses? or will there be any additional license for this?

Regarding the functionality of the score card:

Let us say if 10 metrics are defined to measure the supplier performance & "Auto Assign Metric Weight" is also assigned. 

1. Should the score should be manually entered against every supplier by the buyer or is it possible to upload the Supplier Scores through background programs?

2. How do I get the report for the score cards in standard CLM? Is it necessary to use BW here?

3. Can I have multiple score scard defined in the system and allow one of the score card to be self populated by the suppliers (instead of buyers)?

4. Is it possible to allow such a score card to have approval?

Hi Kasee,

Regarding licensing, it would be best to check with your SAP account team.

Re: #1 – Scores can be imported via csv file

Re: #2 – There are few reports that are available standard. You can do a search for the word scorecard in Setup > Reports to get an idea.

Re: #3 – I don’t believe system allows scores to be entered by the supplier

Re: #4 – There is no approval for scorecards
