Java stack running but we are unable to open the screen

Users faced few errors whileworking on PI.

In ID, we had resource temporarily unavailable warning and in ESR, Resource Exception. To resolve
this, BASIS had to restart PI instance. So, all the users logged off and closed
all PI tabs except one user who is working on ESR.

And since server was restored,we are unable to open PI home page. ABAP stack is working well. Problem is with
Java stack.

The user who didn't turn off ESR, is able to work on it. Whereas, all other users are even unable to open PI
home page.

Hi Siva,

Check whether is there any network issuem in the PI server. Also check whether the HTTP ports are open or not.

Also do a sldcheck and check the exchange profile parameters.

Did you try to open as soon as pi server was restarted?

wait for some time after server restart and try gagan's reply.

it is because system is preparing to restart i think.

did you try to delete the history of browers also

or also check from directly  path to open ESR & ID  & rwb from browser
