Need guidance to move from SAP SD to TM

Dear All,

I do have 4 years of experience  in SAP SD and would like to learn SAP TM module.

Also, have worked in International Logistics & Freight forwarding domain around 4 years.

Can you please suggest on below things.

1. Since, i do have above experience whether SAP TM would be suitable ?

2. Suggest some books in order to learn SAP TM.

3. What about the career growth in India & Singapore for SAP TM?

There is a wealth of information just on the Oveview page of this community.  In addition to the MKS (Monday Knowledge Session), anything by Natalie Bernzen, Marcus Zahn, or Bernd Dittrich is worth taking a look at.  I would also suggest that you take a look at the Rules of Engagement (Getting Started at the top right of most SCN pages) to show how to get the most out of this community.
