Hi,
Our mobile RF-scanner regularly loose their connect with the integrated ITS. This is not really an SAP problem, but when we reconnect, we sometimes get the message that the session is already connected (then we have to press ok and restart the ITS Mobile service on the device and try again, and again, and again, ... ). On other occasions we get a list of running connections which we can then cancel and continue with the logon.
The second option is the one we always would like to obtain.
This only happens in production, not in QA or DEV.
We thought it had something to do with the fact that on the other environments there only is 1 application server, so we've tried to limit the SICF service of the application to load balance to a logon group with only 1 AS as a workaround, but this doesn't seem to work as we connections going to different servers.
Ideas anyone ? (for both options)

How many ITSMobile service's are being used?
If multipe service's are being called the differing behaviour could be due to the setting of the ITSMobile service in SICF?
