CCMS Alert when message are missing

Hi.

Can someone tell me how I can set up an alert-message if an specific message haven't come to XI within an period of an hour of so?

It will be great if this i possible. Thanks.

workaround is use BPM and raise alerts in BPM you needto wait for 1 hour if it is within that hour if you can send the message. if you dont get you can raise alerts .

Hi,

I hope..it is not possible , but ..

if you use BPM, to monitor for an hour and if it is not received the said msg then we can raise an alert to specified user.

i hope even with possible it might not be possible. pls correct me if i'm wrong. probabaly we need to code at the recv side for checking every 1 hr or so and then raise an alert

not much sure but need to check with ccms settings
