SIS Infostructure S003,S004

Hi,

what are the uses of Infostructure S003,S004.What of kind of reports can be generated.For MCVT,MCVV it is not getting displayed.

Kindly let me know how to make it appear.

Hi Pradeep,

Info structure S003 is for transactional data on Customer (for a Sales area) wise article sales.

LIS report MCTE report uses S003.

Info structure S004 is for transaction data only for Article sales per distribution chain and there are no customers involved in S004.

You can see the data of these info structures in SE16n. From data you will understand the content of these structures.

Hi Pradeep,

I have suggested to SE16n to understand the structure of info structure with data which you originally asked.

For Info Structure you can use transaction MCTE. Please see below figure.

For Info Structure S004, you can use transaction MCTC. Please see below image.

Use of SIS info structure :--

Sales Information System ( SIS) Info structure's use in layman language is to aggregating the similar data in data base  for faster retrieval and analysis .

S001 to S006 are are available as standard.

Data flows from SD document structure to info structure.
