Issue on Alerts

Hi Experts,

We have configure alerts on single stack 7.3 through solution manager. I am getting issue when any message failure occurs and I am getting email alerts in my mail inbox for.

if a message gets fail for A interface at same time I received other 6 to 8 extra mail alerts . Content in email is same for all only the subject line gets changes for different messages.

Hi Abhay,

In rwb alert rule you need to enable the check box for supress multiple alerts option.then you will not get multiple alerts.
