Hi all,
We had Configured a new action for action profile SLFN0001_advanced..
This action was Email to support team as soon as the Message was created..
But we had properly configured the start conditions for the action..
But this action didnt work as it was expected..
When a support Message was created, immediately the Support team for
that Message should be notified through the Email..
The Support Team was in turn determined by another SAP standard action
called "When Support team created find suppoort team responsible"..
The Email Was not send to the support team as soon as the messge was
created, but the Email was only Sent after the Message was Opened in
Change Mode..
So we used one note which was relevent in our case, this note was:
0001030139 Partner dependant actions are not executed
After the application of this Note through tcode SNOTE.. the Support
Message itself could not be created..
So we deimplemented the Note through Snote, then the Support msg were
Getting Created...
The MAIN problem that we are facing right now is that Action profile
"SLFN0001_Advanced" had a changed date profile ZSLFN_HEADER. and we
are not able to change the date profile of the action profile to standard
SLFN_HEADER which was earlier present..
We get a information message" Change not allowed since the date
profileZSLFN_HEADER is used in conditions ...( please refer to attachment for
further details )
We had from our side deleted all the Start conditions and schedule
conditions that was used in actions..
We had also deleted the date profile ZSLFN_HEADER from our system and
still we have the Same error Message as shown in the attachment..
Due to this we were forced to change the action profile in standard
SLFNtransaction type from sfln_advanced to SLFN_STANDARD AND ITS relevant
date Profile..
This was done because we were not able to assign the standard "
SLFN0001_ADVANCED TO TRANSACTION type SLFN..
On doing SO we get error "Action profile is only allowed with date
profile ZSLFN0001_ADVANCED "..
Please refer Attachment for detail.
Please let me know how to revert back to normal state for Action profileSLFN0001_advanced so that it has date profile "slfn_header ".

Hi Suzzane,
It's a long shot but you can try trxn "SPPFCADM". Select "CRM_ORDER" and in the bottom right hand, try the "clean up inconsistencies". Do let us know if does clean up anything.

Hi,
You just check the date profile assigned
SOLMAN IMG --> SAP Solution Manager >Scenario-Specific Settings>Service Desk>Define Action Profile>Assign Action Profile to the Business Transaction Type here select your transaction type and check the Date Profile.
Feel free to revert back.
