Printing issue

Hi,

I'm try to print a report.

I executed SA38, program RFBELJ10_NACC then I executed in test mode.

After the output I clicked on the printer button.

A window named "saplpd.log" appeared and there aren't errors in the list.

In windows XP also appeared the popup which informs that the document has been sent to the printer.

If I try to print a purchase order by ME9F the printing start without any problem.

I run SP01 to see if there are spool requests. I can only find the request of the purchase order but not the one of RFBELJ10_NACC.

In ST22 there aren't dumps.

I also read this article:

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/d9/4a8fbb51ea11d189570000e829fbbd/content.htm

How can I solve it?

Thanks

Best regards

This has all gone quiet.   Have you sorted this issue?   If so, please close the call.

Hi

Kindly check the list of possible things

  1. Make sure that the user has having authorization to print the PO?
  2. In the SAPLPD.log bottom you may get the result of output is printed or not?
  3. If possible check the same thing any other desktop with same user id
  4. Check the SAPGUI version & latest patches

Hi,

So let me check:  you are using local printing going to your default Windows printer.  Can you confirm this?

The PO prints where?   Is this also to your default Windows printer or does it go to a defined print queue?

The report you've run seems to have been sent as a 'print then delete' rather than leaving it in the queue.

Following on what @Graham posted, can you use a spool printer to verify in SP01?
