Hi All,
we are facing an issue with JCO communication channel failure for synchronous scenario in moni.
Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=27 thRc=6 while testing the connection" AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER" in SM59.
PI Integration builder page is not opening, it is showing the timeout error " 500 connection time out "
i tried by restarting the server, no entries in SMQ1 and SMQ2. checked the RFC connection test for ECC and PI working fine.
PI is not picking any files all the interfaces are failed. it is not processing any messages all are failed with system error. all these are response messages with different message id's
please help me to resolve the issue.
Regards
Bhargava krishna
Hi Bhargava,
Have you taken a look at below links:
http://scn.sap.com/thread/129282
http://scn.sap.com/message/1250585
One of the link says Try deleting AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER and recreate it.
It might also be due to memory issues.
Cheers,
Ambrish
