Dear Experts,
We have performed fresh installation of solution manager 7.1. But when we try to open solman-setup tcode it's not opening and showing the below error. Kindly suggest us how to solve this.

Your error screenshot is missing in above post,
and check the entry for below parameter
login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1
icm/host_name_full = fully qualified server name
icm/server_port_1 = PROT=SMTP,PORT= <> 0
icm/server_port_0 =PROT=HTTP,PORT=5$(SAPSYSTEM)00,TIMEOUT=60,PROCTIMEOUT=600
Make sure you have performed all the post installation steps mentioned in the installation guide.

First that screenshot did not copy into the post correctly it's blank.
Second, what Stack level is your SolMan? And what authorizations does the ID you are using have?
