java.lang.NullPointerException in RWB of PI 7.1

Hi All,

We are getting the below error message when we try to open the message in

RWB > Message monitoring > ‘Adapter engine RXP’, Select Any interface message count(Link)> Opens the second window > Click on the – or select an entry and click Details > Opens the third window > First tab Message Data shows exception as shown below.

"java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.sap.aii.mdt.util.MonitoringBeanCache.getMonitoringBean() of an object loaded from field com.sap.aii.mdt.util.WebUtil.beanCache of an object loaded from local variable 'this'"

below is the screenshot for the same.

Same step as above, on the third window, Chose second tab Message content, it says session timed out, even though the activity is done with no time delay.  Session should still be alive

Appreciate your help on this.

but this seems to be for 7.0.
