RZ20 - CCMS_Selfmonitoring - See no CCMSPING

Hey Community,

installed a second CCMSPING in our Landscape and deavtivated the old one. Because we Change the host.

So i canceled the Service on the old machine (Development SolMan) and installed a new CCMSPING in our Productive SolMan.

I have now a newly generated RFC TCP/IP Registered Program:

CCMSPING.SOLPROD1.00

This Connection works fine.

But when i go now to RZ20 - Selfmonitoring CCMS Agents i can only see the old CCMSPING.SOLDEV1.00 which is red (because i shut it down) but i dont see the new CCMSPING in this overview?!

So what do i have to do to see it there?

Kind Regards

I believe you have to define ccmsping agents before they show up in RZ20, try the following:

tx RZ21 > Topology section > CCMSPING Agents > Display Overview

Verify you have the new ccmsping agent in the table, as it doesn't appear you can add it manually, you may have ccmsping misconfigured and not showing up here.

Hi,

Yes i can see the new CCMSPING in the CCMSPING Destinations

RZ21 > Topology section > CCMSPING Agents > Display Overview

I will also assume that by clicking on test things came back good.

Staying in RZ21 in the menu bar > Technical infrastructure > Availability Monitoring > Configure CCMSPING Availbility Mon.

Does the new screen have values?
