SAPJVM error status

Hi experts,

We are recently received from our infra team new SAP Portal 7.31 system. But after accessing the system in SAP NWA system overview dashboard report, we are to able to see error status in two nodes of JVM.

We are not able to identify whether SAP JVM sca file is deployed or not..is there any other issue, causing this error.

Hi,

SAPJVM 6 is always installed with NW 7.31 not JVM 4.1

Can you please share the screen when you click on SAPJVM systemproblemreporting System problem and average load.

If no JVM was there system would have not came online.

You can see the JVM in directory in kernel.JAVA_HOME=/usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/jvm/<os>/sapjvm_6.1.055/sapjvm_6

Hi Rishi,

Thanks for the response..You are right for NW 7.31 SAP provides SAPJVM 6.01.* version.

And if SAPJVM is not available,then system will not run...

But I am not clear why this error is getting raised....?

Please check the required SAP JVM monitor list which are in error state.

2. System Load Average

Hi,

As mentioned you earlier it better to review the jvm parameters.

If it does not helps try to patch the JVM and see if it work.
